SAMVIRAA ships to addresses in the United States.

Shipping costs

Standard US shipping is free on orders of $49 or more, and $4.99 on orders under $49. Delivery usually takes 6 to 14 business days.
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is added where it applies.

Where your order ships from

We work with suppliers who ship your items directly to you from their warehouses. Depending on the product, that can be a warehouse in the US or overseas, which is why delivery times vary between items.

Delivery times

Each product page shows the estimated delivery time for that item. You'll get an order confirmation by email right away, and a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Orders with several items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Each package gets its own tracking link.

Delays

If your order is going to arrive later than the estimate we gave you, we'll email you with an update and the choice to keep waiting or cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email samvira.ai@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
